Up to 15 year frame guarantee. 5 years each on motors, electronics and upholstery. 15 years on parts. Labour included for 24 months with free callouts. Beyond 24 months, extend labour and callout cover with a Motion Care plan.
Our beds are handmade to order and customised to your choice of size, fabric and configuration. Because each bed is made specifically for you, customised beds are not eligible for return or refund. We do offer a 30 day exchange. Within 30 days of delivery we can arrange an exchange provided the bed is unused and in its original condition. A £200 collection charge and a £200 restocking fee apply, both payable by you. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a bed is faulty or not as described it is covered under the Consumer Rights Act and these charges do not apply.
Your motion bed is delivered and installed by our 2-man white glove home delivery service, not third-party couriers. Thoughtful service from start to sleep.
