Accidental Damage Cover

For the spills and mishaps a guarantee will not cover

Your guarantee covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidents. Accidental Damage Cover is a separate, optional product, underwritten by a specialist insurer, for the everyday things that can happen to any bed.

When does my cover start?

On the day your bed is delivered. Every guarantee period runs from that date.

Can I add a Motion Care plan after my bed arrives?

Yes. You can add a plan when you order, or any time within twelve months of delivery.

Does my guarantee cover accidental damage, like spills or pet damage?

No. The guarantee covers manufacturing faults. Accidental damage is covered by the separate, optional Accidental Damage Cover.

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

Manufacturing failure of the frame, motors, electronics and upholstery, plus guaranteed parts availability. It does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

How do I arrange a repair?

Call us and we will arrange an engineer. Your labour cover includes unlimited callouts for the first twenty four months as standard, and for longer with a Motion Care plan.

Motion Care plans and Accidental Damage Cover are optional and chargeable. Full terms, including what each plan covers and any limits, are provided before you buy. Accidental Damage Cover is provided by a third-party insurer and subject to that insurer's terms.
